“La voz del puerto” (2011 - “The harbour’s voice”) is a 10 images essay that tell, in visual interpretations by the author’s project, the etymology of words born in the city of Valparaiso, Chile, that were originated from the dialogue between colonizers and citizens.
The purpose of this project is to show the human interaction in a particular context through the voice, rescuing the intangible patrimony of Valparaíso by the artist’s design and the use of digital photography to reinvent the well-known urban dis-order of this city.
This project was featured in the 5th Biennial of Design in Santiago de Chile, 2013
