In collaboration with Lisa Eldridge, I developed a limited-edition product with symbolic language that merged botanical surrealism with high-end beauty standards. The project served as a study in how visual storytelling can drive extreme market desire, turning a product launch into a highly sought-after 'object of belonging' that sold out globally.

THE FRICTION
THE SATURATION OF LIMITED EDITIONS
In the hyper-competitive luxury beauty market, limited edition products are often seen as temporary trends rather than long-term assets. Lisa Eldridge’s highly literate audience—many of whom are art and fashion historians—required a special aesthetic reward to validate their loyalty and purchase.
Blending classical art with a surreal twist, the custom textile design aligned with Lisa’s aesthetic and love of art history. More than just a product, it became an heirloom designed to surprise and delight her audience.

STRATEGIC RESEARCH
AESTHETIC IQ MAPPING
I mapped the visual vocabulary of the Eldridge community, researching classic works from 17th-century Dutch Still Life and Lisa Eldridge's vast editorial portfolio. I analyzed the "Uncanny Valley" of botanicals to move beyond the typical floral print. The research goal was to find the point where beauty meets the Sublime Surreal.

Lisa’s love for peonies shaped the design, blending nature with timeless elegance. I directed the creation of bespoke illustrations, ensuring they translated seamlessly onto velvet while maintaining the brand’s luxury feel.
