Why Creative Grief Support Belongs in the Workplace?

We never show up to work empty. We bring illness, heartbreaks, migration issues and loss leading to burnout. Yet only a few have been taught how to let go.

When workplaces allow space for emotional processing, they cultivate:
• Resilient teams that adapt through uncertainty
• Higher focus and retention
• Human-first leadership grounded in empathy

A CREATIVE FRAMEWORK TO NAVIGATE TRANSITIONS

A Creative Framework to Navigate Transitions

A Structured Creative Method

In this workshop, participants use a personal object as an anchor for mindfulness and compassion exercises, gently guided through prompts to explore their memories in three stages:

1. Recognition — Identifying emotions through their personal object
2. Association — building visual meaning through object arrangement
3. Transformation — reframing loss through guided sculptural creations

The process ends with all participant's works photographed and displayed, honoring their story and efforts.

About Me

My work is rooted in the belief that personal objects hold a shortcut to the subconscious. When approached with care and guided intention, they become portals—revealing buried emotion, memory, and identity.
In this workshop, I use visual storytelling and emotional design as tools to navigate grief and transition. Through still-life composition, mindfulness, and symbolism, participants transform abstract feelings into tangible narratives, giving form to what’s been lost, and space to what’s becoming.

With over 15 years of experience in visual arts and facilitation, I’ve guided individuals, teams, and institutions through creative processes that bring emotional clarity, ritual, and meaning into moments of change.
This workshop isn't about technique, but presence, permission, and personal connection to story. Each object holds a question. The creative process becomes the answer.
